What They Are Not Good Against - Their Counters You can use them pretty much to invade their bases and really take out a lot of their units at once. It’s a long list - but this is a powerful unit. Your Archons are fantastic against Zealots, Hellions, Marines, Corruptors, Mutalisks, Roaches, and Banelings.
They are really great against biological units and lower technology, such as the Zerg and Terran, but still they are great against a variety of units that you can use to keep them active in assaults. Two of them together will create an Archon, which is a giant beam of psionic power that you can use to destroy your enemies easily. You can use a Dark Templar and a High Templar, it doesn’t matter if they mix and match. It does come with a sacrifice, though, since you have to sacrifice two of your Templars (whether they are Dark or High it doesn’t matter.)Īrchons are made by the Protoss race when you sacrifice two Templars together. You can use them really easily with the Protoss armies to really destroy your enemies.
